How can I get a copy of the invoice?

  1. With your delivery in the blue document pouch attached to the package.

  2. By email as an attachment to the shipping confirmation (subject "Your order 123456 has been shipped!" Sender: "noreply@servershop24.de").

  3. As a download in the "My Account" section (login with your email and password or use the link provided in the order confirmation).

  4. Upon request through our contact form, for which we will need your order number and email address.
