Why am I unable to pay with my credit card?

If a credit card payment fails, it can be due to various reasons, such as a failure with our credit card partner. However, these issues often have to do with an automatic credit check and risk assessment by our credit card partner, which may inaccurately result in a negative evaluation. Unfortunately, due to data protection reasons, we do not receive detailed information about why a card is declined. The following points have often been problematic in the past: 1. Missing phone number during registration 2. Unknown address or spelling errors in the name 3. Different billing and shipping addresses in different countries 4. Unusually high shopping cart value for the used credit card 5. Your card does not support the 3D Secure process In some cases, the problem cannot be resolved. In this case, please contact us via email or ticket and we will gladly check if another payment method such as PayPal or purchase on account is possible for you. Explanation of the 3D Secure process: To increase the security of credit card payments on the internet, MasterCard has developed the MasterCard SecureCode security process, similar to Verified by Visa. The umbrella term for both procedures is 3-D Secure. The process ensures that the purchaser is actually the rightful owner of the credit card by requesting a password during the credit card payment on the internet. When paying with a credit card in an online shop, the system first checks whether the customer's credit card number participates in the security process, meaning whether the customer has received a corresponding password from their bank for online shopping. After registering, registered customers are shown an input page of their bank where they must enter their password. The page is additionally provided with a "greeting" from the bank so that the customer can be sure that it is actually a page of their bank. If the password is correct, the payment is processed. In contrast to the Card Validation Code (CVC), the MasterCard Secure Code offers more security because it is determined in a separate registration process while the CVC is printed on the back of the card. The fraudulent use of intercepted card data in e-commerce is greatly restricted by the process because the password is set by the customer during registration and is known only to them. I want to buy on invoice as a company.

For companies (subject to a positive credit check) and public institutions, purchasing on invoice is possible. Simply select "Invoice" as the payment method during the purchasing process. Important notes for configuring servers with upgrades. In order to quickly provide our customers with their desired configuration at an affordable price, we at ServerShop24 work with a large inventory of pre-configured servers in a base configuration, which we expand using upgrade packages that you can add to your cart along with a server. To do so, click "Show upgrades" in the shop.The upgrade specifications always refer to the final configuration stage in combination with that specific server. Therefore, they are always expansions to the specified size. Existing components can be removed or reused. As a result, you can only order one upgrade of each type per server. Example 1: Upgrade to 64 GB RAM You are currently looking at a server with a base configuration of 16 GB of RAM and are adding a 64 GB RAM upgrade to your cart via the upgrade function. Our technicians remove the 16 GB memory (e.g. 8x 2 GB), install 64 GB (e.g. 16x 4 GB) memory in its place, and test the device before shipping it to you. You will receive a device with 64 GB of RAM, and the removed modules will remain with us. Example 2: Upgrade to 8x 600 GB SAS You are currently looking at a server with 2x 146 GB hard drives in the base configuration and are adding an upgrade to 8x 600GB SAS hard drives to your cart via the upgrade function. Our technicians remove the 2x 146 GB HDDs and replace them with 8x 600 GB hard drives, then test the device before shipping it to you. You will receive a device with 8x 600 GB hard drives, and the two 146 GB HDDs will remain with us. Further notes: The selection of components used can be manufacturer-independent. There is no entitlement to the parts included in the original delivery, which are excluded from the upgrade price. Delivery within Germany Our invoices are, of course, issued with German VAT. Delivery to another EU country With a valid VAT ID - If you are a customer from the EU and have a valid VAT ID, we will automatically issue an invoice without VAT for delivery outside of Germany. You will only pay the net amount, and the deduction will be made automatically during the checkout process. - Requirements: Both the billing and shipping addresses have a valid VAT ID, and the address data registered in the VAT ID matches the billing and shipping addresses. Tax-free deliveries to private individuals are generally not permitted under tax law. (If the delivery address is different, but you only have one VAT ID for your company, we will need proof of the delivery address's affiliation with the company.) Without a valid VAT ID - Delivery at the valid tax rate of the respective country Delivery to Switzerland - Our customers from Switzerland automatically pay the Swiss VAT of 7.7% and see the gross prices applicable to Switzerland in the shop, provided that the country is correctly set. Delivery outside the EU (except Switzerland) - Customers outside the EU also receive a net invoice if delivery is to a third country. If delivery is made within Germany, followed by transport to a foreign country, a refund can be made upon presentation of the original invoice stamped by customs. How do I change my review at Trusted Shops?

You would like to change your rating at Trusted Shops? Here you can find a step by step guide to make the valuation change simple and uncomplicated. 1. Rating change if you already have a Trusted Shops account: 1. Copy the following link into your browser line: https://www.trustedshops.de or click here to skip the second point and go directly to the Trusted Shops login portal. 2. Now click on “Log in” and, if you are logging in as a private individual, click on “Log in” again to be redirected to the login page. 3. Enter your e-mail address that you used when you placed your order with Servershop24 and then enter your Trusted Shops password and click on “Login”. After the Log in 1. After you have successfully logged in, click on the tab on the left on “My orders”. You will now see an overview of your orders that have been processed with Trusted Shops Buyer Protection. 2. Navigate with your mouse pointer to the Rating column and click on the pencil icon. 3. Now you can change the rating by, for example, adjusting the number of stars and/or adjusting the comment.
